The 4-axis waterjet cutter is an extension of the conventional 3-axis cantilever type waterjet cutter, featuring an additional rotary axis C. Differing from the Gantry Type Waterjet Cutting Machine, it utilizes a cantilever structure. Controlled by the system, the inclined cutting head follows the graphic's normal direction, ensuring perpendicular cuts to the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece and enabling both positive and negative bevels.
Adjustments for bevel angles are possible within ±5°.
Resolution of issues related to cutting edge slope.
One-time creation of mosaic-like patterns.
Seamless cuts without the need for subsequent grinding, ensuring joint perfection.
