Hydraulic cylinder barrel, also named cylinder barrel or cylinder shell, is a core part for hydraulic cylinders, and is always made from steel tubes. We can manufacture cylinder barrel with ID from 40mm-300mm with CNC turning and flange welding as per technical drawing.  Regular steel grade for cylinder barrels include ST52,E355,STKM 13C, AISI 1026, AISI 1045,C45E,etc.
