TI-6AL-4V Weld Wire is the most common Titanium Alloy. It is an alpha+beta alloy that is heat treatable to achieve moderate increases in strength. As with all titanium alloys the affinity of hot weld metal for oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen is high.
