 Armcoltherm Si-50 linear polysiloxane Heat Transfer Fluid Armcoltherm Si-50 is a kind of polydimethylsiloxane heat transfer oil, and it is also a kind of silicone oil, and the suitable working temperature range is -40~300 °C. The product can even be used in closed systems up to 300 °C without the need for oxygen. The flash point is 292°C.   Silicone oil typically refers to the linear polysiloxane products that remain in a liquid state at room temperature. It is commonly categorized into two types: methyl silicone oil and modified silicone oil. Methyl silicone fluid, also known as common silicone oil, is the most widely utilized variant.   It consists solely of methyl organic groups. Methyl silicone oil exhibits excellent chemical stability, insulation properties, and hydrophobicity.
