The brake system of the loader uses disc brakes. When braking, the piston in the brake caliper pushes the brake pad to clamp the brake disc.
The brake pads are made of steel plate with friction material. Under continuous braking, the friction material will continue to wear. When the friction material is worn, it will continue to be used because there is no device that can effectively prevent the brake from working, which will create friction between the steel plate and the brake disc. Braking work will wear and damage the brake discs. It takes more time and cost to replace the brake discs, which will cause great losses.
