Physical properties: nylon 6, commonly known as nylon Pa6, nylon 6. Because the macromolecules contain amide bonds (one CO-NH-), they are called polyamides. Nylon 6 sheets are usually white columnar particles with a melting point of 210-220°C and a decomposition temperature of about 300°C. Soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, with excellent electrical insulation properties, good alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Functional nylon 6 yarn is a synthetic fiber with good abrasion resistance.
Classification by use: Main classification of nylon chips in China's domestic market (by use):
