1、 Precision Die Casting Technology:
The connecting parts of the aluminum alloy vehicle body frame structure are mostly formed by casting, and the casting methods used are mainly advanced high-precision die casting methods such as semi solid die casting. There are currently two forming processes for semi solid die casting: rheological forming and thixotropic forming. The former involves feeding liquid metal into a specially designed injection molding cylinder, applying shear by a screw device to cool it into a semi solid slurry, and then performing die casting. The latter is to feed solid metal particles or debris into a spiral injection molding machine, and under heating and shearing conditions, convert the metal particles into slurry before die casting.
