The DCY series is a conical cylindrical gear reducer that adheres to Chinese engineering standards. Its design features a vertically aligned input and output shaft, with the base type configured for horizontal installation. It utilizes a high-speed transmission mechanism comprised of Gleason arc bevel gears for the initial stage, followed by two subsequent stages employing cylindrical helical gears. Each gear undergoes carburizing and quenching treatments, complemented by a precision grinding process, ensuring a robust and efficient performance. The reducer's transmission ratio spans from 16 to 100, offering versatility for various applications.To enhance functionality, the components are engineered to provide unidirectional backstop and facilitate auxiliary transmissions.
