EDIPA is an alkanol amine used in the formulation of cement additives and concrete admixtures. Besides being an excellent grinding aids in the cement mill, EDIPA increases the strength of cements at all hydration ages, and cements blended with fly ash and slag tend to show a greater response to the chemical. EDIPA can completely replace TEA and TIPA produces superior cement grinding aids. EDIPA can greatly improve the early strength of cement, in the case of adaptability, it`s early strength can be higher than TEA. Certainly, it`s possible to increase the latter strength, generally higher than TIPA. The difference between EDIPA is higher early strength and same latter strength.
