Tube Mill
The process of Tube Mill generally involves three stages: Strip Preparation, Tube Formation and Welding. In the first stage, raw metal strips are prepared by cutting and sizing them to a specific width. The strip is then passed through a series of rollers to give it the desired shape and thickness. The second stage is Tube Formation, where the strip is bent and rolled into a circular shape. Depending on the requirement, the tube is subjected to different treatments such as annealing, quenching and tempering. The last stage is Welding, where the two edges of the tube are welded together either by means of high-frequency induction or by using an electric arc.
