HD Television
HD television, also known as high-definition television, refers to a type of television display technology that provides a higher resolution and better image quality compared to standard-definition television. HD televisions have a higher pixel count, resulting in sharper and more detailed images. The most common resolution for HD televisions is 1920x1080 pixels, also known as 1080p. However, there are also higher-resolution options available, such as 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160 pixels) and 8K Ultra HD (7680x4320 pixels). HD televisions are capable of displaying content in a widescreen aspect ratio of 16:9, which is the standard for most modern television broadcasts and movies. They can receive HD content through various sources, including cable or satellite providers, Blu-ray players, streaming services, and gaming consoles.
