Tin can bottom ends
refer to the flat circular pieces that are typically found at the bottom of
metal cans, such as food or beverage containers. These ends are often made of
tinplate steel or chrome coated steel.
Regular bottom ends are sealed onto the can body during the manufacturing
process to create a watertight seal. The bottom ends are also commonly referred
to as can ends, can bottoms, or can lids. They can be removed with a can opener
to access the contents of the can.
