Description Manta G709 is a mixture of a cyclopentasiloxane dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer (and) bis-PEG-12 dimethicone (And) laureth-9, which can be mixed and dispersed evenly with water phase components and liquid oil phase raw materials. The characteristics of self-emulsification allow it to be cold prepared and the process operation is simple to avoid damaging active ingredients that are not resistant to high temperatures.
