Polyaluminum chloride is a water-soluble inorganic polymer between aluminum chloride (ALCL3) and aluminum hydroxide (AL(OH)3). Solid PAC usually exists in the form of golden yellow or light yellow powder, with strong bridging adsorption properties and condensation capacity. In the hydrolysis process, PAC can be accompanied by physical and chemical processes such as condensation, adsorption and precipitation, so as to effectively remove suspended matter, colloids and some dissolved organic matter in water.
