Zinc Stearate For PVC Heat Stabilizer

PVC has become a widely used material because of its easy processing and molding. However, PVC is easy to degrade at high temperature, resulting in discoloration and loss of mechanical properties. Therefore, it is very important to add zinc stearate as a heat stabilizer in PVC production. Adding zinc stearate can form a protective film on the surface of PVC particles, reduce heat transfer and prevent PVC from degradation at high temperature, thus playing the role of heat stabilizer in the processing process.
