Block-Mounted High Pressure Filter

I. General Introduction The valve block-mounted filter 450FEN is suitable for direct installation onto integrated valve blocks.   II. The basic components The filter includes the filter head (1), screw-in filter bowl (2), filter element (3), and visual clogging indicator (4). Hydraulic oil enters through the inlet and is filtered through the filter element (3). Contaminated particles are deposited within the filter element (3). The filtered hydraulic oil then continues into the hydraulic circuit through the outlet. The filter housing and all connecting elements are designed to safely absorb pressure peaks, which may occur, for example, when a large flow control valve suddenly opens due to accelerated fluid impact. For sizes 0160 and larger, a drain bolt (7) is included as standard equipment. Size 1000 comes with a remote filter bowl as standard.
