In mold making process, we used S136 mold steel with the hardness of HRC 48 - 52. The mold life can be more than 500,000 circles. The gateway is cold runner edge gate. In order to make the surface of the steering wheel more textured and meet the customer's requirements for appearance, we made texture surface finish for the cavity. The material we can use in injection molding is PUR, combined with our exquisite texture treatment, the product has a particularly textured appearance after molding, no flashes, uniform skin texture, and no sink marks.
