Inside Unscrewing Mould is commonly used in the injection molding production of plastic fasteners. We are experienced of unscrewing molds making. We use H13 steel for this mold making, and the service life of the mold can reach 500,000 shots or more if properly maintained. We set up a slider on the mold structure to meet the design requirements of the product's shape and structure. The material of the product is PA6 + 30% GF. This product has excellent hardness and performance. The surface finish is textured, which required no flash and sink marks.
