Black Garlic Fermentation Machine is one of the main products of the our company.Both inside and outside of the machine is made of foodgrade 304 stainless steel.In some countries, it maybe also called Black Garlic Fermenter. From it's name, we can see" fermentation" is one of the most important factor for black garlic machine.
Fermentation refers to put fresh garlic, such as whole bulb garlic or solo garlic into machine .After about 9days later, we will get black garlic and it's colour is near to complete black .
After fermentation process, we need to go on drying process for about 9days. Different garlic with different moisture, the drying time may have a few differences. Then we can take black garlic out of the machine and put in a clean room.
