PP Mobler PP225 Flag Halyard chair

It is our absolute honour to premiere a global exclusive with the exceptional PP225 Flag Halyard Lounge Chair in lacquered finish, designed by Hans J. Wegner for PP Møbler.  The design of the Flag Halyard was conceived by Wegner whilst on a beach holiday with his family. Digging into the sand to create a comfortable shape to recline in, the angled wing shape for the lounge chair was created. Paying tribute to the early modernists such as Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Marcel Breuer, Wegner chose to construct the chair from solid stainless steel.
