Our company is mainly engaged in medical inspection part mould mold making and injection molding, including reusable PPSU gastroscope handle. The handle is a commonly used external part of medical surgical instruments. On the one hand, it has to bear a certain pressure, has high requirements for strength, and must be reused, so repeated high-temperature sterilization is required. PPSU material can meet 380~400° high-temperature and high-pressure repeated sterilization , meeting the functional requirements. The mold needs to adopt the high temperature mold design method, and the mold design needs to add a heating device.
